| Todd Hixon – Managing Director, DFJ New England Fund
Todd has over 25 years of experience as a High-Tech investor and consultant. Todd currently holds a seat on the Board of Directors of Ember, NanoOpto, Luminus Devices, Intellivid, Practical Engineering and Velox. Before co-founding DFJ/NE in 2000, he was a Senior Vice President of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he founded the Technology and Communications Practice and managed it for twelve years during which it grew to $100 million of revenue, and subsequently became a partner in BCG's venture investment business. Todd was also the officer responsible for BCG's $50 million internal information technology activity. He received a BA in Physics from Princeton University (summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa), and an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

| Scott M. Johnson – Managing Director, DFJ New England Fund
Scott has fifteen years experience as a high tech entrepreneur and venture investor primarily in enterprise software and IT services. Scott holds a seat on the Board of Directors of Context Web, Intrusic, Mok3, Maptuit and EnerNoc. Before co-founding DFJ/NE in 2000, he was the East Coast partner of the Cambridge Technology Capital Fund, cited by Venture Economics as one of the top performing post-IPO funds of 1999, where he oversaw investments in E.piphany, Silknet, Digital Think, and WebLogic. Before that, he founded InterSense, Inc., a 3D visualization technology company. Scott began his career as a software engineer and founding employee of Cambridge Technology Partners, a global systems integration and consulting company. He holds a BS in operations research from Cornell University, and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management.

| John H. N. Fisher – Managing Director, Draper Fisher Jurvetson
John Fisher joined Tim Draper in 1992 to found Draper Fisher Associates, which became Draper Fisher Jurvetson. John's past investments include C2B (Inktomi), Convoy (Sun), Medior (AOL), RightPoint (e.Piphany), Webline (Cisco), Selectica (SLTC), and WIT Soundview (WITC). Previously, John was at ABS Ventures, where he was responsible for much of the firm's investment efforts in computer software and services, Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc., and Bank of America. John graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. |

| Timothy Rowe – Venture Partner, DFJ New England Fund
Tim is the Founder and CEO of Cambridge Innovation Center (www.cictr.com). He serves on the boards of several private companies, including Veritas Medicine, an online patient recruitment company, and Lumidigm, Inc., a biometric sensor technology company, and has particular interest in consumer-facing technologies. Prior to his current roles, Tim was a Manager with the Boston Consulting Group and an analyst with the Mitsubishi Research Institute. He holds an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and a BA from Amherst College.

| Geoff Mamlet – Technology Partner, DFJ New England Fund
Prior to joining DFJ/NE, Geoff was CTO and a founder of E-Travel, Inc., the leading provider of Internet corporate travel management systems. As designed by Geoff, the E-Travel product enables corporations to manage and control their business travel expenditures, providing cost savings and greater employee productivity. E-Travel, Inc. was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 1999. Prior to E-Travel, Geoff worked for a dozen years in the networking and telecommunications industries for companies such as Banyan Systems, Data General, and Technology Concepts. Geoff holds a BA from Williams College.
